For this type of hearing we would construct a court case argument by going through your client's income and expenditure. We also look at the circumstances surrounding the arrears and the cause of the missed payments. For the date of the hearing we will provide a qualified legal representative to present the argument to the judge to secure the desired outcome in court.
The fee for professional legal representation is £395. Understanding the emotional stain a client experiences during this time, we have been able to save clients homes from reposessession up to 24 hours before the final deadline. When your home is at stake, the cost of the service of significant value, but money well spent.
Eviction Notice - emergency hearing
In the instance of last minute rescue campagin, we would assist your client in obtaining an emergency hearing. When the date is set we would again make an argument showing income and expenditure of your client, taking into account the reasons that the last suspended order was defaulted on and the full case history.
On the day of the emergency hearing we would provide a qualified legal representative to present the argument in court to get the desired settlement.
The legal representation in relation to obtaining the emergency hearing and arguing the case will involve a fee of £465 to the client.
